Afrocuban, latin jazz, and salsa Los Gatos is a group that plays Latin Jazz and traditional Latin music. The group is comprised of members from Cuba, Chile, Puerto Rico, Virginia, and New Orleans.

On February 8, 2013, Todd Cooper was driving to a performance in West Virginia with his band, The Worx, when he went into ventricular tachycardia, a fatal heart rhythm, and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure caused by viral cardiomyopathy. Since then, he has been placed on the national heart transplant list, and is currently unable to resume his career as a professional musician (or any other career, for that matter).
